These Terms govern Neuro-me and the Neuro-me Owner Alerts SMS program operated by sole proprietor Eddie Flores (program number +1 (313) 254-6500).

Service description

Neuro-me is a private personal AI assistant (Brainstem / Cortex / Neuron architecture) for the owner. The public site at theneuro.me describes the product and hosts legal pages for transactional SMS compliance.

SMS program terms (campaign-specific)

• By completing the Neuro-me Owner Alerts opt-in checkbox (unchecked by default) or texting START to the program number after invitation, you consent to receive automated transactional SMS from Eddie Flores / Neuro-me at the number you provided.
• Message types: authentication codes, runtime/security notices, pairing help, owner-requested status updates, and short replies to owner commands.
• No marketing or promotional SMS.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, or email hello@theneuro.me.
• Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Consent is campaign-specific to Neuro-me Owner Alerts and is not bundled as a condition of purchase.
